Végétarienne depuis plusieurs années, je suis ravie d'avoir trouvé des recettes sympa qui me permettent d'alléger ma consommation de fromage, sans concession sur le goût !Toutes les recettes ne sont pas illustrées, mais les photos sont quand même assez nombreuses et plutôt réussies (un bémol quand même sur les photos de l'auteur -un peu trop nombreuses- qui sourit tellement qu'on voit ses dents de sagesse... ça fait un peu nunuche... mais bon, ses recettes sont extra, on passe outre)
